Opened in July 2020, Oxgate House is an old cigarette factory, which has been converted in three phases and is our biggest location to date. Studio spaces range from 5 to 80 m2 and benefit from natural light and an ultra-fast Wi-Fi connection. The feel here is of a diverse and varied community, from small e-commerce businesses and production kitchens to fine artists, independent designers and content creators.
There is onsite parking, outdoor communal areas and a busy atmosphere.
