We could not be more excited to be re-activating these empty buildings at Hackney Walk on Morning Lane. Having lain empty, without suitable occupation for years, we are proud to have the opportunity of repurposing them into a state of the art complex. Both buildings will offer a wide variety of studios for all manner of uses. There are also several opportunities for leisure and retail at these two buildings (cafe/restaurant/gym/retail).

The majority of which are accessible by lift, high ceilings and are filled with natural light. For those working in beauty or workshop use there will be a specialist extraction system for specific studios. The buildings will be fitted with A/C as well as super-fast wifi as standard.
