This former Rolls Royce engine factory has been lovingly restored and converted into a set of 26 studios. There are larger, more industrial style units, on the ground floor with loads of natural light and high ceilings. The first and second floor has an array of small to medium sized units that would suit a wide range of uses from individual hobbyists, offices and design studios. The building has double glazing throughout as well as the top floor studios benefiting from individual AC. There is a communal roller shutter as well as washroom facilities and tea points on the ground and first floor.
